Rollickin Dessert Cafe is for all Gelato, Sorbet & Espresso lovers!

Lick super creamy Gelato. House made with ORGANIC MILK from local, happy, free-range cows (it's full of all the good nutrient stuff- that's why it's uber creamy).

Our sorbet (just as lickable) is gluten-free, dairy-free & egg-free, 99% fat-free.

We love to experiment coming up with flavour concoctions that will drive your taste buds crazy!!!

I was all set to go back to the hotel after a lovely evening of beers when I spotted gelato and dang it, I couldn't refuse. Lots of choices and for 9:00 on a weeknight, the place was busy. It was almost... rollickin'. I chose "peanut pants" and a small serving which ended up being quite large. A mix of peanut butter gelato and chocolate gelato, it was delicious. Creamy, fresh and yummy. Just what I needed to end a perfect day of exploring Christchurch.
Been here a lot. It's fantastic very kid friendly and it's a cool place to sit back and relax and watch the cable carFood: 5/5
Finally went to Rollickin after 'years' of contemplating visit blame parking! My favourite ice cream shop from when I visited onwards. They offer free sample and the flavours are great. They open late nights too which is a plus! Lines were surprisingly long for a late night but I guess that's just people trying to sober up. Seats were limited but the outdoor is an option a little chilly but made the experience even better!. Loved my brownie and my dulce de leche ice cream! Will come back for sure Staffs are also very kind. I feel sorry for them having to work that late but nonetheless they were superb all throughout. You all rock!
Last time getting a hokey pokey ice cream during my month trip through New Zealand. It wasn't the best, but definitely in the top five of all the hokey pokey ice creams I've had! Staff was friendly and accommodating.Food: 5/5

On vient ici pour des glaces, des glaces et encore des glaces. C’est bon, c’est bon et c’est bon. Il y a presque toujours la queue pour passer votre commande alors prenez patience car ça vaut vraiment la peine. Parking: On est dans une rue piétonne Il faut se parquer plus loin mais ça vaut la peine de marcher quelques petites minutes pour profiter des glaces ici. Wheelchair accessibility: C’est à plat pour accéder au comptoir est manger sa glace sur la terrasse

This is honestly one of favourite places to visit in Christchurch. The ice-cream is absolutely delicious. They have a great selection of flavours. It's often hard to choose, they are all amazing. Friendly staff. Nice outside area to sit and watch the trams go by. Even a little water bowl outside for people's dogs. Nice touch. Customer for life
