Great blinds and customer service. Had my blinds custom made and had one sent back to be shortened free of charge. Friendly business that go the mile for their customers. Had compliments on the quality of blinds. Great work!
This is my 3rd time ordering blinds through Roller Blinds Direct and yet again they are an awesome product. The turn around was from ordering to arriving was super quick. The team are excellent to deal with answering my questions and helping me out when requested both this time and with previous orders. Their after sales service doesn't stop when you receive the goods, they stand by their product and have happily helped me out when we broke a blind sending me the required part gratis which I did not expect as it was our own fault. I highly recommend them and will be using them again soon!
This is the second time we’ve ordered roller blinds to our home in Tauranga. Super easy process and they look great. They perfectly match the blinds we ordered from this company a few years back. The previous blinds that we had around the house were ‘off the shelf’ and not custom made to our window dimensions.
