I highly don't recommend using this company, a few of my blinds have ripples along the bottom. I told them right from the start, took tom months to even come and take a look! The problem has still not been resolved. Patrick thinks it's a normal thing for thermal blinds.. I wish I used window treatments instead. Please avoid wasting your money for poor quality blinds
I have used Blinds Factory Direct twice. Both times they have provided excellent sunscreen blinds for me. First time was in 2019, and then again recently 2024. The sunscreen blinds I had them make for me in 2019 look as great today, as the day they arrived. And the latest one is a perfect match for the older roller blinds I first received. Their service is very fast, great communication, and the blinds arrived very well packaged. I highly recommend them, and they would be my first contact, should I ever need blinds in the future.
Have bought many blinds from this company and have currently placed last order today for our house. Patrick and his team are awesome. Not a problem to ask a question about the blinds and get it answered on a short amount of time. They send samples aswell. Also are sponsoring my sons football team which we appreciate. Placed an order a week ago and it's here and up already! Really happy with the service and product. Was very easy to install and looks great.
Terrible aftersales service. Tried several times to get a couple of extra slats. Tom even came and measured them, and then never did anything about it. I tried repeatedly to get I touch, the first time with success and I got an excuse that he had been busy. The following times he just didn't answer my calls or emails. Avoid this company.
