The finish of the cistern is not even, got two big shallow spots at the front. The quality of American Standard is not keeping up with the price . The warehouse manager Edwina is very helpful, she quickly swapped the faulty cistern and mixer for me in a very professional way.

Showroom staff are not knowledgeable. Lot of people sitting around pushing paper. They are not a consumer supplier but more to wholesale and sale to builders etc. Found extremely expensive too. Dont bother wasting your time to go there
