Paihia isn't the best place for me, unless I found this little tavern. I stepped in and had the most fluent conversation I've ever had in New Zealand. It was amazing to find people so talkative and enjoyable. I also enjoyed the best company possible in this little space and felt welcomed as if it were my own home.
Luvly burgers and excellent coffee...they are open till late and sell milk and a few essentialsopen later than countdown. Good food and excellent service ps. Try the kumara chips
Desperately in need of cleaning and care. Clearly not interested in return customers. Such a shame to see a far north establishment let go so badly.
I went to Roadrunner Tavern in Opua, a small pub, and had a great time. The staff was really nice and helped me find some old wines that I liked. The best part was that the prices were reasonable.
Very dreary place no atmosphere not recommended
