GROUP'S MEETING AT THE HOUSE
Sit and Be Fit
This is gentle exercise while seated. It uses all the body and will make you Huff & Puff a bit, raise your heart rate a bit & is lots of fun.
Held every Monday at 1pm and Thursday at 1pm.
$2 donation per session
Friendship Group
For the over 60’s age, getting together for chats and the occasional trip, held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month 10-2pm,
$3 for lunch and to cover costs.
Kids Zone
After-school activities for kids aged 6-12 years, held every Friday 3.30 till 5pm. Singing, games, stories, activities.
