Replete was established in 1993 and is still owned and operated by its original owner, Chris Johnston. Not only is it a day time cafe but is also has a kitchenware / deli shop selling NZ made products and designer kitchenware. Free WIFI available.

Absolutely packed. Was extremely busy. Food was amazing. The staff did an amazing effort to keep up with everyone coming and going. A++ Highly recommended.
Wide variety of cabinet food, couldn’t get better food as Vegan Keto diet with so less choices of food when eating out. Quite a few keto options, delicious keto slices and amazing Coffee. We all enjoyed lovely food, great service and super friendly staff
A bit hard to spot from the car on a busy street with very small signs, but well worth the hunt. Delicious food and coffee with a lovely gift shop attached. Will be back.
I always return when in Taupo. A great cafe with wide selection of food and great coffee. The connected gift shop is amazing too!
Fabulous cafe in the heart of Taupo. Food selection looked amazing and our meals were all delicious. Excellent coffee, friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the water facility as there was a choice of water, chilled still water & chilled sparking water. A small gift shop attached with unique gift ideas. Worth a visit when in Taupo.
Poached eggs were lovely. Coffee was not strong. Bacon should be advertised as being cooked on charcoal. Gives the bacon a dirty burnt taste and I wouldn't have spent $6 if I knew this was cooked this way. I complained and this was all I was told. No offer of a refund.
Good coffee and good atmosphere. Great to people watch
Unlike other nearby places, their menu has variety. The food was very tasty, as you may expect, it was very busy and despite this the staff got the food out quick. They also sell spices and have a kinda half shop going on, it's a unique and good atmosphere.
Very nice outdoor spot under the huge umbrella with our black lab dog. Nice coffee and beautiful food.
