We had such an amazing experience at this venue. Called in for a drink and light share platter early afternoon, saw the menu so went back the next night for dinner. Can not fault either the meals or the service! Amazing all round. Meals are so full of flavour, very generous portions and the staff are super friendly and attentive.

We had the most amazing meal here last night, everything cooked to perfection.. and the cocktails we beautiful ... It was the best calamari I've had in Taupo!! The staff were amazing and made the atmosphere even better. WELL DONE SORRENTO.. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY

Yummy food and a great ambience. The menu price is affordable too. The lamb shank fell nicely off the bone and the salmon was perfectly cooked. We had a few dishes and they were all tasty. I wouldn’t recommend the calamari, it was a $17 dish and only had about 7/8 pieces. Would have given a 5 otherwise.

Sorrento has really amazing food, and big portions. I really have to compliment the amazing servers! they were friendly, helpful, and really made the experience of dining here wonderful. I'd recommend making a reservation, because it is worth dining here.

Warm welcoming atmosphere and fabulous food. The arancini balls were delicious along with the calamari and the salmon pasta was perfect. Attentive wait staff, reasonable prices. Will definitely be back :-
