I have now done two courses with Lynda. I have done the hot stone course level one and two and today I had done Reiki level one, along with a small crystal bowl meditation. Such an amazing experience, a beautiful calm space. Lynda makes everybody feel comfortable and at home. Safe to say I will be booking in for another course ASAP and would love to give a Wednesday night crystal bowl healing a go. Can’t recommend enough.
We started our journey with Lynda in October 2022. What an amazing experience the results speak for themselves. I found this journey so achievable as it was so down to earth and practical. I would totally recommend this experience and journey to anyone. To date I have lost over 18kgs and I feel great and can't wait to lose more! Thank you Lynda, I couldn't have done it without you.
I have had an awesome experience with Lynda. I was skeptical to begin with as I’d not had much luck in the past but now, 6 weeks into Lynda’s programme and I am eating a lot less, exercising everyday, drinking water constantly - all without hesitation. The weight loss is just the added bonus. Best decision I’ve made and highly recommend to anybody who is thinking about it or on the fence.
Learning NLP with Lynda was the complete experience! Not only did I learn the many and amazing techniques of NLP but Lynda shares so much more. I felt she adapted the learning to suit my needs and many laughs and heart opening exchanges were experienced, and then there were the guided meditations.... these were amazing! Before I had started working with Lynda, I had reached rock bottom. I had been carrying around excess weight for years, compounded by having two babies. I didn't make time for effort for myself, my body and my own health. I felt that I needed help with the psychological blocks as well. In short, I felt terrible about myself and life in general. I signed up for the 3 month programme with Lynda. I found her approachable, easy to talk to and her methods really work. Within 1 week of speaking to her, I had lost 2.3kg. My weight loss has since continued steadily, and I have lost 10.2kg within 7 weeks of our initial session together. I'm more than half way to achieving my goal weight and motivated to get there. The positive ripple effects continue on and I've turned over a new leaf in many other aspects of my life as well. I highly recommend Lynda Johnson of Thats Better!
I have been to 5 sessions now with Lynda and have found her style of hypnotherapy very effective. My main purpose for visiting Lynda was to gain assistance with sugar cravings and standard overeating. So far I have lost a few kg's, but it wasn't just about loosing weight. I feel lighter and look trimmer. This solution kicks any fad diet in the butt well for me anyway. At the start of each session we check in on progress and talk through what I the one being hypnotised wants out of the session. I honestly couldn't recommend enough!
Over the last few month's I have had the absolute pleasure of embarking on the journey of becoming a hypnotherapist. The level of professional training and personal growth I experienced, has been outstanding. Lynda's wonderful experiential wisdom and knowledge that she brings to the trainings, is emmence. When I first approached Lynda, I was not in a good place at all. I was overweight, lacked confidence and could feel myself sinking into a deep hole of depression. Lynda was sympathetic to my situation, showed no judgement and was ready to help. She gave me access to all the tools I needed to reach my goals and kept in touch during the whole process. 17 weeks on the program and I am 16 kilos down. I feel fitter, stronger , healthier and more confident and enthusiastic about life Can’t thank Lynda enough.
