I am passionate about practicing and teaching yoga on and off our mat. My vision is that yoga becomes a tool for all in supporting their own health.
My intent is that through demystifying yoga I can make it accessible to busy and everyday people. Whether that be in the work place, by attending regular classes, or attending workshops and retreats. Yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to create a healthier, more positive and passionate life.
