Mystique Blockley has a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Auckland with over 600 hours of clinical experience.Regenerate’s primary focus is to prevent and rehabilitate chronic disease. Exercise has been scientifically proven to prevent and reduce the risk of developing chronic disease as well as improving the quality of life of all individuals.Regenerate uses evidence based practice to develop exercise prescriptions that are specific and optimal for each individual and takes into account every aspect which may effect the outcome of the prescription."

After hitting a strike of multiple injuries while training on my own, I was lucky enough to get Mystique as a coach. Following few introductory sessions which she used to explore and understand my current weaknesses, strengths and goals, Mystique came up with a set of routines which keep me away from risky exercises and at the same time pushed the limits of my current performance. Now, after two months of coaching, my body has mostly recovered from the damage and I feel significantly better. Always positive and intelligent, Mystique makes morning training with her the highlight of my day. Every time!
