Finally a place that lives up to its reputation!nnFirst weekend away for my husband and I without the kids not including my many hospital stays it was absolutely wonderful.nnIt's better than the photos and we were not disappointed! We had room 49 and this became our home the last few days and nights.nnThe in room spa was fantastic and we used it every night, great mini golf and outside heated pool.nnRoom was immaculate and housekeeping very efficient.nnWe were very sad to check out yesterday morning nnProbably the best place I've stayed in NZ so far!
I was in rotorua for 3 days we stayed at regal all 3 days. The huge tub was amazing the showers had heated floors we had a private back deck and full access kitchen. Parking was great. We played ping-pong during a rainy day and it was Hella nice having it as an option. Its close to some of the most amazing food ive ever eaten.
Stayed in the luxury two bedroom apartment B. Very nice living room area though the seating arrangements are uncomforable. The spa pool is very nice and big as well as the shower room it is in. The location was great being near alot of the activities we wanted to do. I absolutely recommend this place for larger groups. It rained while we stayed so I was not able to try out the mini golf or pool.
Lovely Venue, rooms were fantastic, super quiet and the spa bath in the room was next level & customer service was phenomenal..lovely staff, beautiful location - really close to the town centre..awesome pool and other facilities are top knotch for family stays.nnThe only small piece of constructive feedback I'd have was the housekeeping was a bit late with the towel & linen changes in saying that, we stayed at the busiest time of the year.nnWe will definitely be back.
We loved everything about this place. Everything was very clean. Had a washer. Hung our clothes on a drying rack. Kitchen was great. Even provided a vacuum. Beds were comfy. One negative, the carpet. It is so old.
