It’s the little things and will compare to the Hilton in Auckland that makes this place superiornHilton had no pay tv, gave those piddly little milk portion 2 of, shower had a hand held that wouldn’t stay in place. No free parking and had to pay for a park with no shelter or security.nHere at the regal palms- bed and pillow jist as comfortable if not more comfortable, had sky tv, best shower, proper portion of milk, couple of biscuits! And parking included- thank you.
A very nice place to stay- highly recommend.nStaff are nice and helpful.nThe luxury suite we stayed in was a big room, with a big spa bath to embark in upon arrival.nBed was a bit hard, but all the other amenities made up for that.nWill definitely be back to stay again.
Finally a place that lives up to its reputation!nnFirst weekend away for my husband and I without the kids not including my many hospital stays it was absolutely wonderful.nnIt's better than the photos and we were not disappointed! We had room 49 and this became our home the last few days and nights.nnThe in room spa was fantastic and we used it every night, great mini golf and outside heated pool.nnRoom was immaculate and housekeeping very efficient.nnWe were very sad to check out yesterday morning nnProbably the best place I've stayed in NZ so far!
I was in rotorua for 3 days we stayed at regal all 3 days. The huge tub was amazing the showers had heated floors we had a private back deck and full access kitchen. Parking was great. We played ping-pong during a rainy day and it was Hella nice having it as an option. Its close to some of the most amazing food ive ever eaten.
Stayed in the luxury two bedroom apartment B. Very nice living room area though the seating arrangements are uncomforable. The spa pool is very nice and big as well as the shower room it is in. The location was great being near alot of the activities we wanted to do. I absolutely recommend this place for larger groups. It rained while we stayed so I was not able to try out the mini golf or pool.
