Just love Michelle's facials & massage. She takes the time to work out what is best for me and we always enjoy good chat. Massage particularly is really good with her - hard enough when I need some kinks worked on but "softly softly" when I am not feeling so great. Highly recommend

Unfortunately not the best experience. The lady I had was lovely but the experience overall was not the best. When I first got there, I got taken into the room for my massage. The bed and stones for my hot stone massage were not set up, I had to awkwardly stand in the room for about 5-10 minutes whilst she set everything up. The hot stone massage consisted of her leaning the hot stones on my back for about 5-10 minutes while she left the room and then rubbing them up and down my back not massaging like fast paced rubbing with hardy any oil for about 5 minutes and that was it. She then gave me a small massage with no stones for about 5 minutes. I then was meant to have a facial and neck and shoulder massage. My facial consisted of her exfoliating my face in the most rough And painful wait then leaving a hot down on my face whilst she rubbed my neck for about 5 minutes. She then put moisturiser on my face and that was it. All together I was there for well under an hour when I should have been there an hour minimum. She also talked at least 75% of the time I was getting my massage. She never got me to fill out a consultation form nor asked if I had allergies ect. Did not tell me a single thing or product we was placing on my face and the whole time I was there all I could hear was the reception phone going off. I feel really bad writing this review as the last was nice biy unfortunately a very unpleasant experience

Customer service in the beauty industry is very important to me because it can make women feel vulnerable as they’re doing things to essentially make them feel better about themselves physically and internally. A few years ago I tried redwood Clinique and LOVED my entire experience but due to moving to the other side of town I trialled many other similar services closer to my residence and have always felt regretful. Redwood Clinique and the high standard at which they deliver all of their services was always in the back of my mind cause I’d never had better in my life but kept using my location as an excuse… WELL all that changed when I went to try yet another local service close to me for a facial and was disappointed again at how I was treated and I thought to myself “NOPE! Not anymore” I was tired of trying to use the convenience of closeness to home as an excuse and thought I’d rather spend my time, energy and money on a place that actually makes you feel special, welcomed and delivers exceptional services all the time. I’ll never forget the feeling I felt when I was last with Redwood Clinique and have booked in for an upcoming massage and facial and have decided I’m going to just commit to this business and make the drive over every time because they are worth it and I’ve never felt the feeling from an beauty provider than I’ve felt after leaving this place the first time I’m really excited to see the team again. They were quick to reply to my booking enquiry and accomodating with what I was after. The lesson for me was that it’s worth the drive if what you’re receiving is beyond an A+ rating we drive far for our hairdressers and families and we should always do the same with other businesses that always make us feel amazing. I had Louisa today and she was genuinely the most amazing beauty therapist I have had in my life. So warm and bubbly and just a great girl! I had a Brazilian and underarm and she took care of me, made me feel comfortable and made me laugh to distract me from what was going on. I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else. Plus she did an amazing job with the Brazilian and underarm. I’m really happy with my experience. Thank you so much Louisa. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I had a lovely experience at Redwood Clinique! Sarita was my beautician for the appointment I had. She was professional, extremely personable, friendly and lively. She did an impeccable job of my eyebrow tinting, eyebrow wax and Brazilian wax. I was extremely happy with the service and I would not hesitate to rebook with Redwood Clinique for my next beauty treatments.

I absolutely loathe this place. I had to make 3 phone calls during the opening hours on 3 separate days before I could have someone pick up the phone and finally made an appointment. On the day of appointment, my partner and I turned up excited for a treatment and then the boss said there wasn't any booking for us for the day and couldn't fit us in either. Absolutely disgusting, I would never recommend this place to anyone

I have just completed my final session of IPL at Redwood Beaute Clinique. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. All the women who work here are lovely and very experienced. I highly recommend them.

Had a brazillian done - this is the best place I have ever been to, the lady really cared about what she was doing, was genuinely chatty, and it has windows and sunshine which was so great! but people cant see in of course So much better than being cooped up in a cupboard!

Michelle does the best massages and facials. Definitely recommend
