Redwood Aquatics has a great range of unique products including aquariums, pond liners, and all sorts of accessories. Many different species of tropical fishes rarely seen in the hobby. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Love this place. We purchased a bearded dragon from here and they have been very informative and supportive. Really knowledge on setup and care, and ensured that our dragon was fully equipped before we took him home. Even months after, we have been able to ask questions as new reptile owners.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received at this store. Bought a fish and approximately 1hour and 30min later it was dead. Yes I picked out the fish, yes I understand its a business and probably will not get my money back anyway but atleast listen to your customer, ask what happend or for some sort of proof pictures of the dead fish before climbing down my throat saying you don't belive me. I'm honestly discusted in the service and will NEVER buy anything from you again. Ps this is not the first time but definitely the last.
Absolutely awesome place, such great and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and have everything you need and if they don't I am sure they would be able to order it in.
