Check special prices are applied at checkout. Overcharged by $30 and then took 4 days for them to return the money to our account t. Disappointing service from start to finish. What was supposed to be an enjoyable shopping experience with our dog, turned into a frustrating drama of trying to get our money back. Sadly could not recommend
I will be going out of my way to go to the Animates Papanui branch. They have superior service and good priced products, and I'd like to give a special thanks to Harry, who went above and beyond to help, is fast and efficient, clear, he has good product knowledge and can can do a fantastic job while dealing with multiple tasks and customers. He is clearly an asset and deserves a pay rise immediately. Thank you.
The shopping experience was ok. However, trying get the grooming part of animates to respond to an email seems to be a challenge for some reason
As always.... go in for 1 little thing.nAnd walk out with 2 new fish, dwarf chain loaches.nPlants, for a grassy knoll.nThermometer, airhose and actually forgot to get what I went in for.nI blame the great staff for making me forget about what I went in for, but walking out with bucks worth of purchases. I'll have to go back for my original $15 purchase I forgot.nGreat store.nEven better staff.nGive them a pay rise nArtistic Professional Tiling loves Fish.
Animates was great including the really helpful and friendly staff. The only downside is the traffic on Papanui Road to get there that's not the teams fault, it's a council issue
