Will never go to this dentist again. Had an appointment booked for a dental exam which they called and cancelled one hour before the booking. I therefore rebooked the following week and while I was there they were running half a hour late. Which meant I was going to have to be there for around 1.15hrs when it should only take around 40minutes. I had to cancel this booking and never ended up seeing the dentist due to commitments I already had afterwards. And I didn’t have time to wait. Poor customer service.
My first time at Lumino Red Beach last month. I am very impressed; convenient, friendly plus high quality dental work at a reasonable cost. I will be back to my new local!
Friendly clinic in handy location with parking right outside. I go for regular hygienist appointments which has prevented me from needing much dental work. Cheryl the hygienist is Fantastic, highly recommend.
Frustrating trying to get an appointment here if you have a teen on the Under 18 school program. They don't have space to provide this service. They have rescheduled appointments on us twice and then you have to wait longer 3 months to wait to get a filling. We are moving clinics. Managed to find somewhere else who could take our teen the same week. We have always liked Orewa Lumino its just a shame they don't do school aged free checks.
Loved my experience at this clinic. Chris was exceptional and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend! Also, having a variety of times, including outside of standard business hours and online booking, made it easy to book.
