Thank you to Luke and the team for all the support they show me. I have neurological difficulties that show up almost exclusively at the dentist and Luke is amazing how it doesn't phase him and he does his best to understand and make me comfortable. The whole team are very understanding but especially Luke, my last dentist was afraid to treat me and that made it hard for me to go to another dentist but I have been at Hibiscus dental for a few years now and not once did they make me feel bad about the added effort required.
I have been going to Steve and Jane for 25 + years.nI travel 130km to see them as they are absolutely worth it.nSteve looks at the whole picture and gives me choices.nPersonally I choose to have high quality work that will see me through.nHe is methodical, thorough and a good person.nJane is the best hygienist!nShe is absolutely thorough and passionate about her career.nShe is very friendly, bubbly and just an amazing person.nJane has recently acquired an amazing cleaning tool Airflow one which has cleaned my teeth like never before, inspiring me to chip away everyday to keep my gums in top shape and teeth incredibly sparkly.nI also purchased some Queen of Clean dental floss that Jane used and recommended.nIt's the floss for me!nIt takes a little bit of getting use to as I have tight contact points but I'm used to it after having practiced for a week. If it's difficult to pull back out I just pull the floss through.nIt does an absolutely thorough job.nAll the staff are very friendly and they don't support staff bullying.nI know this because I asked!nThey have recently updated their reception / waiting room so it's very clean and current with calming colours.nI whole heartedly recommend them.nTop job!nAny advice I can give is have an annual exam and clean and have any issues addressed.nThat way you will less likely run into problems like root canals.
Tom is professional, friendly and I feel safe leaving my dental health in his capable hands. I feel like his goal is my dental health, instead of maximising costly procedures like I've had from some dentists in the past. Highly recommended!
Every staff member I've encountered here has been incredible. The reception ladies are lovely, both hygienists I've seen were amazing, and Tom has been the best dentist I've seen in my entire life. Super professional, knowledgeable, he explains what he's doing and why, and even seems to make the work less painful than it normally would be. 10/10 recommend
Had my first hygienist appointment with Jane, she is absolutely amazing by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had! Made sure I was comfortable the whole time, explained the process! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! :
