your cinemas is highly untidy. used period products & toilet paper everywhere in the girls toilets with blood and poo smeared all over the walls and food just dumped on the floor. mine and my partners whole body was itchy and irritated after sitting at the top in cinema 3 seat A7 & A8. nobody was manning the checking area for tickets so we could’ve just walked in for free and nobody was available to clean the toilets. i haven’t been to reading cinemas since 2018 and it has drastically changed since then which is very sad to see. unfortunately i will not be back unless some miracle happens for you guys. the area and staff need to seriously be re-evaluated. :
Movie was good, seats were good, but the couple that brought their toddler and 6ish year old to the R 16 movie really ruined the experience. Nobody checked our tickets, so I doubt theirs were checked. Very disappointing.
Loved the cinema. Watched Furiosa on weekend. Big screen, not many people, reclining chair with food tray. The best
Great cinema.nHas electric reclining seats, extreme screens and great sound.
Super friendly staff who are pretty quick too, the cinemas are always tidy and look clean, the bathrooms could use some work though often a bit messy and the disabled toilet was out of service for far to long. The tickets are a bit pricey but far cheaper than most other cinemas I've visited.
