Reading cinema at The Palms was pretty good. I found the seats comfortable, the theatre was a good size and the sound system was good. Exactly what you would expect. After our movie I talked to the manager Aaron and he was easy to talk to, listened to my complaint about other people talking in the movie offered us a free drink and popcorn and apologised on the cinema's behalf. I would go to Reading cinema to watch a movie again.
In 2025 you still can use $10 to watch a movie.
Amazing cinema experience at the Reading Cinemas. Staff at the kiosk are always friendly which is what makes me come back. Could be nice if we can get reclining chairs maybe in the future or maybe it's available I just don't know, nonetheless the experience is still great and we love the convenience of having nearby restaurants to eat at after movie time. Please don't ever change the level of service you provide! It's what sets you apart.
My favorite cinemas to go to, 95% clean. Cheap tix and the luxe has recliner seating and a tray table for just $21!! whereas if u go to events of hoyts it's at least $24 for just a regular ticket.
Comfortable and clean cinema, nice large cushie chairs and I love that I can grab a great coffee downstairs at Coffee Culture and take it in to the movie.
