Born and bred in Marlborough, I have attained a great knowledge and love for our beautiful region!

I have lived in Marlborough my whole life and have spend the last twenty-two years working in the motor trade industry, including ten years in management roles, and owning my own business.


Real Estate has always appealed to me because of the challenge of bringing a deal together and getting the best results possible for the client! This is something I know I can achieve using my action-orientated approach, solid negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills. I thrive on the pressure of the Real Industry, using this as further motivation to bring the deal together!

My approach to Real Estate is extremely client-focussed, where first I listen, and then deliver results. Getting the best possible results for my client and seeing their excitement when I have successfully helped them sell or buy their home is what drives me.

I bring to the Real Estate industry diligent work ethic, enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, and a strong local connection. I look forward to meeting my existing and new clients in a suit rather than overalls!

Raymond has lived in Marlborough his entire life so the town is in his blood and he loves that he can help others settle in this great location. Raymond is well known in the community through his role in the motor industry trade for 22 years including 10 years in management. He took ownership of his own panel and paint shop where he continued to develop strong customer relationships with a variety of people. He then spread his wings for two years in the aircraft industry, travelling within New Zealand and Australia. In 2014 Raymond decided to step into real estate, with the strong support for his wife Tracey and their three boys. Raymond has soared in the industry and continues to strengthen his local connections and commitments to his clients.
