Best͏ agent we could have ever asked for. Top class We had an amazing experience with Jodi. Her professionalism, knowledge and communication was more than we could have asked for. she was positive, upbeat and optimistic through the whole process while also being honest and realistic when she needed to be. Nothing was ever a problem as she walked us through each step of the process. She asked us to trust her, which we did, and she produced an amazing result for us. We are so happy we chose Jodi as our agent and would have 0 reservations in recommending her to anyone. Purposeful, pleasant, and professional. Bryan understood our requirements and was able to refer us to a property which met our needs. From there, to the purchase of that property, and the sale of ours Bryan supported us every step. Outlining contractual obligations, the market environment, and what we could expect to have happen in the buying and selling process, he drew up a calendar of 'events', which proved very helpful. His use of up-to-date marketing tools was very effective. Bryan kept in touch regularly without being at all intrusive. He listened well to our concerns and was able to allay them through conversation and information. Bryan is an excellent communicator. Always professional, purposeful, and very pleasant. Bryan has made the whole experience stress-free and positive.
Absolutely Amazing. Jodi & Amy were absolutely amazing to deal with. Nothing is a problem & they can’t help but go that extra mile. There's no such thing as 'Too much trouble'! We weren't necessarily looking for a property near Havelock but this one caught our eye and the time for us was right... but we only had four days before the deadline sale to get all our ducks in a row. As one who has worked in real estate, I knew that if we were to do this it would put a great deal of pressure on the selling agent to provide us with the confidence and information we needed to be in a position to place an offer. Lorraine went out of her way to facilitate this, driving for over 3 hours return to meet with us and talk us through the property, the method of sale, and then to provide contact details for those people we would need to speak to in order to complete due diligence local council etc. We planned to put in a bid remotely and, over the next three days, countless phone calls and emails to the various agencies ensued, almost every time necessitating further calls to Lorraine for information and/or clarification. Lorraine was always available to talk/text/email; her communications were excellent. She was evidently enthusiastic and excited about selling the property and had made sure that she could answer all the questions asked. Added to this, her local knowledge was brilliant! Did we pay more than we wanted to? Of course, who doesn't.. Was it worth it? Yes - 100%!! Professional and friendly, Lorraine's excellent communications continued post sale, and we are confident that if we need anything else then a call to her would go a long way making this happen. Thanks a million Lorraine - the work you put in to sell this property was as evident as it was dedicated. If it had not been for your clear goal to sell this for the best possible price and conditions, I doubt that we have been in a position, or confident enough, to have entered our bid. In my opinion, this is what a real estate agent should be all about - friendly, professional, knowledgably and dedicated to making the sale.
Ben and Samantha are absolutely wonderful to work with. We loved their enthusiasm and energy they brought into selling our property and while showing us other houses for sale. Ben and Samatha were always happy to answer any questions we had without delay and made us feel in absolute ease as we could trust them 100%. They are great professionals while being super friendly. We have lots of experience in real estate and can say we are very impressed by the high level of knowledge Ben and Samatha have to offer. We wouldn’t hesitate working with them again.

Stress͏ free Tanya was very professional, at the same time she certainly conveyed the feeling she was personally committed to selling my home and getting the best outcome for me, which I believe she did, considering the changing market. Tanya was also helpful with process advice when I was buying my next home. Hopefully I now have my forever home but if i need a real-estate agent again Tanya would be my first choice
