Wholefood plant-based only kitchen, recipes created by raw, vegan chef Monika and her team, to bring you the most creatively put together salads, vegan dishes and raw sweet treats and cakes, often magically enhanced with carefully chosen superfoods. The Raw Balance kitchen is 100% gluten free and we focus on using organic ingredients wherever possible. We are also able to provide nutritional advice and health coaching support. In our retail area we stock some of NZ's most amazing health food products, carefully selected for their high quality. Kombucha on tap, alkaline water, the best green juices ever, superfood smoothies and many other vegan delights.

Great spot for quality ethical local products and delicious healthy food and drinks. The owners are warm and welcoming and always up for a friendly chat. There should be a shop like this in every neighborhood!
A great place to visit. The conversation with the guy sorry I didn't get your name was very interesting. He wrote a book that you can buy at the shop.
Delicious food, friendly staff. Very nice shop with healthy products. Meals looks cooked healthy way, oven fries instead deep frying, love it! Only downside, portions a bit smallish, but meals was very delicious, would come back again.

Awesome raw food and vegan place in Taupo. Tucked away in a little side street but well worth the detour. Very friendly owners. Good range of natural products including my fav ayurvedic herbal teas.
Amazing home cooked meals especially the curry. FRIENDLY service, great selection, nutritious food, loved their smoothies, and mushroom elixir. Would definitely come back, and highly recommend!
I had the peanut butter slice and coffee. It was delicious. My husband had salad which was delicious. My daughter had ocean acai bowl was delicious. Very good.
Go for the food, stay for the tunes. This place is amazing
If this is your chosen life style then this shop has it all. I however love meat too much, but good one them for offering an alternative
