PAK’n SAVE Taupo

We found a the products and items we were we had on our list. The store was clean and tidy with clear aisles. The checkout operator was pleasant, and seemed happy In her job.

The manager and staff were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. We were refused alcohol even though we had international passports and followed policy. They then laughed at us for not being able to purchase what we wanted and made security take care of us, despite us being understanding.

Staff are awesome and they do their best to keep stock levels up in these challenging times . Do great specials on items that are popular with locals. Click and collect is brilliant too!

Big Pack n Save store located in centrl Taupo, plenty of parking. Worth a visit with a wide range of products at good prices. Loved their Bakerey apple turnovers, even brought some home with me.

Always busy! Do find it slightly more expensive then the park n saves in the Tauranga region though with less variety. Staff are always friendly and pleasant.

An employee's contract states that they are entitled to a 15 minute break working a 4 hour shift then they should get there break. Making them stand on there feet for 3 hours straight without a break, can lead to a poor attitude for work which could lead to poor customer service.

It's a supermarket. Pak 'n' save Taupo presented the same format as in the Wellington region. Food was in good order and the staff were approachable. I even had the briefest conversation with a fellow customer in my search for Butter chicken sauce. I did find it in the end. The shopping experience was happy and trouble-free.

Plenty of parking. Was looking for readymade meals, there was plenty to chose from. I decided on devilled sausages with mash potato, was very nice, couldn't get through it all because it was too large at a cost of $7 was well worth it. Staff very friendly at checkout.

Always well stocked for the holiday weekend and has a great range of beer and wine
