This is the first time I've eaten here and it is a place I'd recommend to both family and friends as well as anyone reading this. You have the choice of eating inside or outside. The outside area is looking out on the river. The food was delicious and great value for money. The service and staff were great as well as very accommodating.
We love their food and people. We are always made to feel welcome there and their food has been consistently delicious.nWe like their loaded wedges seen in the photo, and they make a really nice ice coffee too.
Had dinner tonight with my Fiancé. Service was brilliant. Food was beautifully presented, good portion size. Amazing flavours and fresh. Really loved our time there. Great value for money. Highly recommended and will be going back.
Overpriced! . We ordered two eggs Benedict, and this is what they brought us. The eggs were completely overcooked and dry. Really bad food.nWe were 3 at the table, but they only brought two glasses of water. After asking twice, we waited 15 minutes to get the missing one.nWe ordered drinks, and 15 minutes later, they came back to ask us what we wanted to order again.nTerrible service.
Another Eggs Benedict review, or in this case, “Eggs Raupo” as per the menu.nWell presented, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the 2-3 pieces of bacon were tasty. The ‘brioche’ was crumbly and dry, and no sign of any blanched spinach, although a few strands of greenery hidden under the bread. The hollandaise looked eggsiting but was rather bland. Tomato chutney, an interesting touch. From a critique’s point of view, a few things to improve on. Raupo Cafe gets 2.5 Stars.nCheers
