I have received Excellent care from this doctors surgery! Care and understanding, and continuity of care has re assured me I choose the right practice. Massive thank you to doctor Pedram who has taken his time to help me when I have suffered 25 years with pain with no understanding of why. Wait times are worth the service when our healthcare is under the pump. Great work guys!!!!
I would like to put a post up about my Dr P Zawarreza, he is the best Dr I have ever been to, and I am 72, he never ceases to amaze me, his manner to his patience is the very best, if he doesn't know exactly what is wrong gets onto it to find the problem, rings hospital for advice. I have been very sick for a lot of my life and he is the first Dr who hasn't given up and got results, I know he is a GP but he is far more than that, he has knowledge in so many fields. I would like to thank you Pedram, you are amazing thank you.
The reviews of Dr Pedram are correct, he is an AMAZING doctor!. He helped me get my well being back on track after all the let downs I had from other doctors that weren't able to tell me what and why I kept bleeding, I bleed for 10mths.I had seen Dr Pedram at Woodend clinic he gave me a referral to see a gynecologist, which no other doctor did. I got an appointment that same day to see the gynecologist the next day, and had surgery on a Monday all in week. Dr Pedram has sent a referral to another clinic in Rangiora for me to be seen,not once, but twice over the recent months. I followed up on my first referral in May to see if I had an appointment to be told no, because the doctor that was seeing me wasn't there and I had to ring Dr Pedram to arrange something else. The second referral Dr Pedram follow up he went out of his way to contact me on a Sunday evening to tell me I had appointment on Tuesday 2nd July, I was excited.Than on Monday I got a call from the other Rangiora clinic to tell me I had to change my appointment to Thursday because the doctor wasn't there, today is Thursday and sadly I got another call to change my appointment for two weeks time because the person that booked my appointment for today only booked it for15min not a 30mins. The communication between the two clinic is shocking and needs improvement. Don't let this behavior ruin a great Doctors reputation. I was going to give one star rating, but Dr Pedram deserve 5+ stars
Worst doctors iv ever been enrolled with! Got asked to come back another day and book another appointment because they were so far behind in seeing patients, only to return a week later and was left to wait 45min after appointment time to get prescription for daughter which was supposed to be sent to local chemist. cycle to chemist and no prescription had been sent. Call them to find out wat is going on and was told they will call bck shortly and am still waiting for prescription and call! Useless! Avoid like the plague!
Booked a double appointment with GP, back to back following a nurse consult. Should have taken 45 minutes, took 3 hours of my life, no apologies. Comes with a 3-4 week wait for the privilege
