Was advised when room was ready with key left inside room.nVery clean and tidy except for large cobweb over bed. Very handy to town, great restaurants in Raglan. Would definitely stay next time I'm in Raglan.
We stayed at the RSM for 2 days during the middle of March and found it be a very nice motel. Whilst it’s not the flashest hotel, we found the amenities well looked after and clearly the owners take pride as well as the staff in keeping the place clean and tidy. The location of the place is excellent being next to the Four Square and only a 3 min walk to the shops, cafes, bakery and restaurants.nnFinding solid and I don’t mean that in a disrespectful way accommodation in Raglan is near to impossible during the summer months and even in the weekends. If you do decide to stay at the RSM, you won’t be disappointed because it does the basics well: strong shower, fresh clean towels, nice sheets, nice BBQ area and friendly staff.nnWe will stay there again, no issues. Thankyou to the team at RSM.
Recently stayed in Raglan for a friend's birthday party and booked the double room with an extra single bed. The motel was absolutely immaculate—spotlessly clean and one of the tidiest places I’ve ever stayed. Check-in was seamless, our room was spacious, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from everything! Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
Very tired looking Motel. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Our room had a bunk bed in it as well as a double. The TV was fixed to the wall and could not move so no way to see it in bed. The bathroom was also tired looking though the water pressure and hot water when it finally arrived was good. The place was booked solid with lots of families and there was noise at night. The front door is made out of glass so there was no way to truly darken the room. It's well located next to s supermarket and steps to restaurants and the waterfront. It's definitely not a place I would ever consider staying at. They make you prepay when you book otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.
Clean, good sized rooms. A minute walk from the restaurants and town. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and tea, coffe and hot chocolate in the rooms. Microwave and fidge with cutlery and crockery all there in the room. Very relaxing stay.
