Fantastic range of product. Brilliant Boot fitting service staff who know how to heat mould. Nothing is a problem. Very good Rentals with quality equipment and friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff.
Amazing service and friendly staff. Ended up returning what I bought because my luggage arrived just in time and the staff seemed genuinely happy for me. They processed returns and refunds for unused gear without any fuss. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back!
Came in looking for rentals after my own ski boots were giving me grief; the wonderfully knowledgeable team insisted I bring mine in to get fitted. 10/10 experience, my boots feel totally different now and almost comfortable! If you’ve worn ski boots, you know . Thanks team
Riding TA 2023 and minor issue with cassette/locknut and fine tune. Phoned through late morning to book in for late afternoon. Arrived 4ish and Matt was on the job straight away. Top service with a smile.
Despite a very large crowd in there, they got to me very quickly and efficiently with friendly service. Was super happy with the skis, fairly new and in great condition. Would recommend them highly!
The best service in town!! Shop attendant was pleasant, listened to what I was trying to achieve and then paired me with the most appropriate gear. As a result I had the best skiing holiday. Can not recommend them highly enough!!
Second time hiring from here. Service - Corrine was AAAMMMMAAAAAZZZZZZIIIIIIINNNNNNNNGGGGGGG !!! So great to deal with. Took time to walk us through everything and ensure we had the most appropriate gear. If you are looking for any kind of ski gear then don’t go past Corrine at Racers Edge Wanaka. We will be back.
Hired snowboards here, initially hired for 2 days, but due to injury and decided to return a day earlier, got refund for the second day with no question asked. Great!

I went into the Wanaka branch yesterday after a recommendation from my partner who’s been coming here for 12 years. Now, i'm a snowboarder and you’re mainly about that two plank ski-life. We don't mix a lot, but you guys welcomed me in. I have a historic but serious ankle injury that gives me unbearable issues when snowboarding if not managed well. I was welcomed with warm arms with my one-plank, and your staff we extremely helpful. I had several inquisitive questions, a thorough inspection of my foot and boot and then some basic mods & recommendations. Everyone was very fun but professional. I want to applaud your team for one of my best customer service experiences of my life. Thank you
