We love camping here. It is super safe for the kids - most days we only see them when they want more food. It is a great family friendly camp and would recommend to everyone. There can be a bit of a wait for the toilets and showers so another amenities block and it will be perfect. Bring your bike to get around
Best camping spot ever. Been coming here for the last 4 years. Kids love making new friends, swims in the lake, trailer rides. Bathrooms are clean, considering how busy it is over the new years period. Staff are friendly and helpful. Have recommended Quinnys to all our friends and family.
Small kitchen so be prepared to do shifts with others for dinner cooking. Grounds, overall, pretty nice. Seems to be good park for kids. Christian camp which I appreciated. There's a charge for showers which always irritates me. Managers did give me some good options for setting up tent, which raised my rating. Good interaction with some of the staff.
This is the campsite for kids and kids at heart. You will never run out of things to do. Playgrounds are huge. They can bike, swim, go kart, walk, look at the eels, feed the animals, etc. But the best part is being able to have campfires on their brassieres. You can pitch your tent anywhere. Ground is not rocky, your tent pegs and feet will love it here.:
Kids Heaven for 5 years + for sure. With younger children it wasn’t so much fun. Dogs peeing everywhere, Cars driving through the Camping Site. Had to run after our toddler 24/7. Didn’t feel safe for the small ones, wasn’t relaxing for us parents.
Great place for families. Has a dug out river area to swim in, kids playgrounds and it's dog friendly. Definitely need to book ahead as it's a popular spot.
Enjoyed our time. Decent sized sites. The kids loved the activities available especially the giant slide and the water hole. Lots of space to ride bikes and walk around, really picturesque surroundings. Could do with a wandering security guard who tells people to quiet down at night like some other campsites do, we had neighbours talking loudly til midnight most nights and kids doing skids on bikes well past 'curfew'. Also for the size of the camp another amenities block would be ideal, waiting in line for the toilet and to do dishes was pretty standard. I think we will head back again though!!
Great environment for family camping trip. Nature delivers with an sensory experience, you can feed the eels , ducks and it is a great way to spend time with family.
Great camp, phenomenal family atmosphere, deserves it's high ratings in every way. Note: It does have Christian tracts in bathrooms with some retro "you need Jesus posters" For those that know the history of the Camp this is a feature not a bug, that forms part of the camps vibe.
Camping ground very well set up to entertain children however minimal amenities available - constantly needed to que for toilet and shower. No hot water or kitchen facilities apart from outside sinks to wash dishes.Hotel highlightsKid-friendly
