The location is so good! Smack bang next to Newmarket Westfield and the shops on the street, close to public transport buses and train and a heap of delicious food around too. The room itself was nice, nothing spectacular but had a big balcony so that was a bonus. Clean, has stove, mini fridge and microwave. Would book again!Rooms: 5/5
Stayed one night. The space is spacious, warm, and clean. I was able to do laundry that evening, which was a plus. My only complaint is the parking space I was assigned was a bit awkward with a pillar essentially in the spot, which I had to negotiate around. Also, if you’re on the ground floor, you can hear people in the street.
I always stay here when heading to Newmarket for work. I love the large and clean rooms and the location is epic. The staff are always friendly. I have never been disappointed by the rooms or the service. For a place to stay in Newmarket, you cannot beat the quality and location.Rooms: 5/5
Very well equipped rooms, clean and comfortable. Consistent quality, polite and helpful reception. Great location. Some attention to detail in the room would be good some stuff getting old and need replacement and the bathroom ventilation is too noisy. Otherwise very good choice, I keep returning there when in Auckland.Rooms: 4/5
Almost perfect - parking was easy, check in was a breeze, room is spacious and bed is super comfortable. The drawback was that there is very little noise isolation. I could hear the room above's toilets flushing and the occupant walking around, and the noise form the corridor travels straight into the room so you hear everyone's conversations and everyone's door slam. Makes it a bit hard to relax so be mindful if you're sensitive to noise.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was supposed to have 2 bathrooms including a bath. Ours only had one bathroom, no bath. On querying it at reception, I was told that there is one with only one bathroom. There was no mention of this when booking or in my booking email. So I feel very ripped off. I booked the room specifically because I wanted a bath. I booked direct with them too which is supposed to get you the best service. What a joke.

This accommodation is located in a premium spot, within walking distance to eateries, bistros, and premium shopping. There is secure parking available upon request. Hotel reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Servicing of the units could be of a higher standard. Bed sheets were untucked, condiments not fully replenished over the 3 nights we were guests. We will consider booking another stay at the Quest Newmarket when we next visit Auckland.
Perfect location for my requirements. Room was very nice and having a bath, washing machine and dryer weed unexpected but very welcomed. Walkability: I was able to walk to the main office Food & drinks: Walked across the road to some great eateries and Westfield was close by a well.
