Comfortable, well appointed rooms in a nice area of central London. A definite step up from a typical Marriott property. The atmosphere is modern luxury with cheeky art work that signals a more relaxed brand identity. I had a room with two queen beds that was perfect for my family of four. I could also see this being a good choice for those traveling on business who appreciate a bit of style.
From the start of our stay, Raquel was so friendly at the front desk and accommodating to us throughout the stay! The hotel is beautiful and the service is top-tier. The location is perfect walking distance to nearly everything you could want to do/see in London. Another hotel employee who I believe could have been one of the managers but I didn't manage to get his name was incredibly helpful in showing us where to go on our first day and friendly throughout the trip! The breakfast was complimentary for the package we booked and was a delicious start to every day of the trip. We loved the complimentary chocolate, water, and popcorn in the room as well and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in London!
Fall in love in first sight. Love the artistic atmosphere and the great location. The lobby with the friendly reception make the whole experience like friend meeting. Close to Tate modern and every single design in the hotel allow me to dream and image of the life and art. Will definitely come back when visit London.Rooms: 5/5
An amazing property. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and the cleaning staff is super friendly when you see them in the hallways. The restaurant staff as well are really, really nice and cheerful. We witnessed the unveiling of their coronation piece and got to chat with the artist as well as the hotel GM and front of house manager. I highly recommend this property for your future stays.
This hotel delivered on all of our expectations. Early check in was accommodated. The front desk was unique with a very interactive staff. We stayed for five days and we experienced great service in every way. Breakfast was excellent each day. The rooms were well equipped and well maintained. We were offered free coffee and hot chocolate every evening. There was also a complimentary water bar on each floor - with both flat and sparkling water offered. Location was great - steps from the River Thames, close to Blackfriars station but yet quiet and peaceful. We stayed as a family with two teenagers and would definitely stay again. Awesome experience.

Four of us stayed in one room and really appreciated the large queen beds. Also loved that the duvets had a proper duvet cover! The staff and service was great, the building was very modern and breakfast was delicious. Only complaint is the bathroom has a sliding door.Rooms: 5/5
I’ve stayed at the Bankside hotel a few times for trips to London and I have to say that every experience has been lovely. The design and feel of the hotel is modern and cosy - the beds are amazing and definitely up there among the best I’ve slept on! On a couple of occasions I’ve had to contact reception/maintenance for small issues such as the TV/chromecast not working properly, but the issues were dealt with quickly and in a polite and professional manner. I will note that each time I’ve been to the restaurant service has been pretty slow even when it’s not been busy but I think I’d put this down to staff members being new etc. Once issue I did raise with the restaurant was solved and I was offered a lovely gesture of goodwill that was above and beyond the level of customer service that was expected, so I have to give credit where it was due. The check in process is always pleasant and the front of house team are excellent at what they do - everyone is so courteous and nice. Overall I think this is one of my favourite hotels to stay in in London and will always carry to stay here whenever I’m in the area.
My most memorable hotel experience to date! The hotel is new, hip, and the best part is the incredible team. They made our stay feel like home! Thank you to Alina, Raquel, and the rest of the team for such an amazing stay. 100/10 would recommend and would stay again!
The entire hotel is gorgeous and modern. The rooms are well appointed and we got an amazing nights sleep. Very comfortable pillows. Breakfast was an extra cost but delicious.
