The goods we sell make a huge difference to people's lives and provide much-needed relief in tight household budgets. Profits from goods and clothing sold through our Family Stores support our community work.

Your generosity helps us make a difference by building better communities.

How do I donate?
We welcome donations of a variety of good-quality goods; from fashion to furniture, toys trinkets, CDs to collectables, books to bric-a-brac.

Contact us about your donation. We can arrange to collect donated goods.

I expected to see more ladies clothing but was a bit disappointed as there didn’t seem to be a big selection. Perhaps this is due to the change in season. There was plenty of other stock though and they have just decorated the upstairs with their Christmas stock....and they have a lot of it. Nice clean and tidy shop.
Amazing selection, I found everything I needed and multiple choices! within 5 minutes, as well as a few things I really wish I had room for. Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were super! Thanks for the cute scarf and hat to keep me warm on my Milford Sound adventure. $5nzd
Like the others reported... great selection at fair/ inexpensive prices on most anything. Couple of guys were outfitting an apartment while I was there... bottom line: you can find anything. Much better selection & prices then the Queenstown 'downtown' Salvation Army 'boutique' shop... worth the walk up the hill..
there are some great finds in this store. I got a fatface jacket for under $10 when they're usually around £70!
Im sure they do good work but when dropping off items today the staff were difficult to find and dismissive. Nobody acknowledged that I had entered the shop or said thank you for the donation. It was uncomfortable
Nice items but the woman with the short dark hair who works there is really rude. The blonde woman is a delight so 1 extra star for her.
This place is great, with plenty of nice things, including skiing equip and clothing at very cheap prices: nice skis $10-$70, boots, snowboards. Found just what we wanted. Very close to Gondola.
The place to get a bargain on a bargain... lots of variety too : I try to come here at least twice a month but to make sure you don't miss the rare gems that come through this store you should come a couple of times a week - especially at the end of each season when the hob knobs upgrade all their stuff ; All for a great cause too!
A great second hand shop. Good value for your money
You can find good stuff over here. Found a pair of really good snowboots for 35 $
