The service they offer is great, nice friendly waitresses and staff, they always refill our water and asked us if the food was good. I accidentally dropped my fork once and the waitress was kind to give me another one, Nice attention to detail. The food was alright, the entree and the dessert are amazing but the main can be more improved, I ordered a lamb and the lamb was a bit on the cooked side, and some parts are more cooked than the other. But overall I recommend this restaurant, the food are pricey but it's worth it when there is discount or when you have a coupon or voucher.
If you are looking forward to a lovely dinner out with your significant other or family... RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY AND NEVER RETURN! This has to be the worst meal I have ever had the misfortune of eating. However, if you like the following then by all means please make a reservation oh wait, you cannot do that!: - Eating in an hallway next to the elevators - Self service valet parking - Countdown rolls cut in half with hospital pill containers half filled with sauce - Tasteless everything - Overcooked steak and seafood - Multiple month old frozen supermarket desserts reheated in the microwave - The cheapest wine that the supermarket sells clearskin - Self service seating - Noisy, unclean and just disappointing Atmosphere: 1/10 Food: 1.5/10 the only good thing was the frozen ice cream for dessert - thanks MuchMore Parking: -10/10 Save your money, get maccas, you'll be far less disappointed.
Purchased 2x GrabOne vouchers on Tue 10th Oct 17 which cost $55 each. The deal was for 2 people- 1 shared platter, 2 mains & 2 desserts as well as valet parking. We booked dinner for Thur 12th Oct 17. Reception staff were ok when we arrived compared to other reviews read on here. The setting was not what I expected, as like other reviews, this was a tiny restaurant squeezed in to a hallway! The young Indian lady who served us was very polite and soft spoken. When we were handed our menus I just about flipped out! The menu they had given us was different to that advertised on the voucher. I asked about this and the girl told us that they had 'changed the menu' 2 days prior. I purchased these vouchers specifically for the menu GrabOne advertised all to be told that they couldn't or wouldn't give it to me. There was only one other couple there at the time so I couldn't see why they could not give us what we paid for. There was no incentive offered or anything. Just a simple NO they have a different menu now. The menu provided was very basic and a downgrade from what we had paid for. My mum planned to have lamb shanks, she got a chop instead which she said was nice but shank would've been better. My fiancé thought he'd get a beef and reef. He got an ordinary steak slapped on a bed of potato with a powdered sachet tasting gravy worst steak he's ever had he says. I got the chicken meal, nothing great about it. My mum in-law got Butter Chicken which she thought was ok, bit too sweet and thought the food court mall Butter Chicken was a lot better *Manu from MKR voice* That night, we gave the food a 2 out of 10. Dessert, 5/10. I did not want to make a scene as I would have 'ruined' our night out with our mums had I released my fury in there. I drank a glass of wine instead to cool off and vowed never to set foot in there again and to ensure that no one, especially people I know, never waste their money there again. Very disappointing! I feel robbed of my $110!!!
Very friendly and proactive staff, food is good and a nice relaxing space for people going on dates or a group of friends and family having a meal. There's a restaurant section and a bar section right at the opposite end of each other. It can get very noisy as the elevator is right next to the restaurant and lots of people checking in and pulling their luggage.
Score: Atmosphere 0 partioned off hallway, Entree 3, Lamb cutlets, Main 1, not sure what it actually was but meant to be lamb. Dessert 3, pooched pear on brownie. And I got the good deal my partner scored 0,1,1,1 and deservingly so. Restaurant is really a quick buffet breakfast spot for guests. At least the staff were pleasant.
Food was edible. Atmosphere was zero Service was OK but slow and very disorganized It is more a buffet breakfast area for the hotel put there as an after thoughtFood: 2/5
Enjoyed the dining. Selection of meat cuts not up to expectation. Entree portion very little.Food: 4/5
The food was okay. The restaurant is really small and can be overwhelming when there's a lot of people there.
Went for a meal good and the service from the waitress Maria was excellentFood: 4/5
We had the Grab One voucher for a 3 course meal & parking. There were good choices for each course, friendly & efficient staff, our compliments to the chef. Our food had depth of flavour & sufficient size that after dessert we were nicely full. Definitely going again! Forgot to get photos but food beautifully presented.
