Highly recommend Pet Lodge! Maree is amazing! Our little dog went in for 4 nights this week for his first time and I loved seeing videos of him on the page while I was away - he was so happy here! I was so nervous on day 1 but seeing these videos of him so happy made me relax and I knew he was totally fine! He was super happy on pick up and I could tell he had made a special bond with maree owner Will definitely use this place again when need to.

My two cats go to the Pyes Pa Pet Lodge whenever i go away and are always well cared for by Jack and Fallon and the crew. Communication is always excellent, and it’s comforting to know my cats are safe and in good hands. Jack and Fallon are a great team who i trust with my pets, and highly recommend

Tried ringing several times to book our little man in for June. Left 2 messages, no response. Finally got hold of the guy Mr Grumpy who advised that our dates for June aren't available as they'll be closed. I believe they had no intention of getting back to us.Such a shame as we had nothing but good service from previous ownership. Captain Grumpy needs to understand the meaning of the word "Service" and "Customer". Will not recommend this establishment.

Our dog loves Jack & his family and gets so excited when he knows hes spending the day in Puppy Daycare. The staff really take pride & care in the property add will as the service they provide. There is ample grass for them to run around, there is also a pet play pool and heaps of sleeping options.

We are so impressed with Pyes Pa Kennels. Bill and the staff have been wonderful and so accommodating to our German Shepherd who was rather anxious coming into a new environment and kennels. We tried her with other kennels and they didn't have the time for us but when we took her to Bill he was so reassuring and took it very slow, she managed to stay overnight which was a success. I would 100% recommend these guys, they are great!

We had tried our dog at a kennel closer to home Rotorua, we thought they were great as they posted photos of the dogs playing daily. However, all the photos of our dog showed him being mounted. When we got him back he was covered in bad scratches and whimpering. Thankfully, Pyes Pa is nothing like that other kennel. We happily will travel nearly an hour out of town to drop our dogs off here, as we know they'll be well looked after! Our dog that obviously gets bullied and dominated a lot is a lot calmer coming home from Pyes Pa, and has never had any injuries!

We have used this cattery several times over the past few years. It came highly recommend to us from our neighbours who have been using them for years. We have always found the owners Bill and Robyn and their staff a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service and kindness is always exceeding our expectations and they genuinely care about our animals comfort. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. We won't leave our cats with anyone else.

We love our dogs and see them as part of our family. This is the only kennel that we can trust to look after them. They arrive happy and leave happy. Simply , this is a professional, clean, caring and high quality kennel. Ask all of the local Tauranga vets and SPCA they will tell you the same. Thanks so much.
