Today was our first day and I was beyond impressed with the kindness, patience and professionalism that the team demonstrate. My dog had only had one other doggy daycare experience and he literally came home traumatized and took almost a full week to bounce back to himself. Well we have gotten home and he is happy as Larry and even though they took great care to not over do it with him he's a bit precious he still some how came back pooped.good thing Thank you so much guys I am so pleased to have found you and cannot wait to see how Obi goes in the next few months.
Fantastic fun and clean environment for the dogs, but I think they should use the same trainer for all assessment visits. Glowing report 1st visit…very proud parents, then had to pick him up early 2nd visit as apparently he was too excited and wouldn’t settle, and he’s not allowed back until he had a very expensive dog training course. Maybe consistency by having the same trainer when in a new exciting environment may of helped, and not given a brochure for expensive dog obedience class when’s he’s actually well behaved. When we picked him up he was extremely subdued for at least 2 days.
Our baby just loves a day visit to the spa, having such a blast everytime, super tired by the time we pick her up, staff very helpfull, dog treats and doggy spa options available as well
The experience here has been amazing! First the staff who are all kind caring and super loving to your fur baby! I get photo updates of how her day is going. But the best tell is she always leaves with her tail wagging and absolutely shattered from all the fun she has had. The pool seems to be her favorite spot!! Recently Lux had an over night stay and again photo updates. They even offer amazing extra to keep your pup entertained from chew toys to kongs filled with peanut butter. Super glad I found this place as both Lux and I love it!
Great friendly service as usual. These guys love dogs and our wee dog loves going - that's all that maters to us.

An amazing, brilliant dog day care in Tauranga. They are incredible at what they do, and are super caring and professional. If you need an amazing dog day care, then Grange Spa is the place to go. Love the care they give. Fantastic people.
The staff here are very friendly and will look after your beloved family member as if they were their own. My sister's puppy loves it here all excited ndwhen he leaves home to go then comes home exhausted. Excellent service from all staff. You can tell they love their 4 legged clients. They also groom here and do a brilliant job. A+++++++++++++ to them
First of all the staff are awesome, secondary chippy loves going. Overall it is quick and easy drop offs and pick ups. And have concession cards available. And best of all they have on site pooch pampering facilities, I believe a veterinarian too. Dogs big and small love it.
Grange spa always make sure our dog comes home tired and happy. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
