I have dealt with Pure o2 for a number of years. Their service standards never fall below exemplary. They manage sensitive situations in a caring and conscientious manner and always do their best to accommodate non-standard requirements. Highly recommended. *****
Was provided a list of suppliers from British Lung Foundation which included Pure o2. The first thing that confused me was they seemed reluctant to put prices on the website for most items, so I called them only to be told someone would have to call me back. While waiting for the call back I had plenty of time to check out all the other companies suggested by the charity, they all had prices, and for the few items Pure o2 did list prices for they were all without exception cheaper than Pure o2, so at this point I realise why they don't mention the price or else you wouldn't contact them. The other problem I found with them is that they had duplicate prices on most items, that they did list, one cheaper in the item description, then a more expensive price listed in the actual ecommerce price placement, I did mention this to the sales person when they eventually returned the call but they did not see a problem with this, so clearly they have very little business from the website, perhaps they source customers from other media, or I wouldn't be surprised if they targeted old people at home aiming to charge to as much as they can get away with. It would explain why they do not want to commit to prices on the website.
Please accept my sincere gratitude for all your advice on travelling with oxygen and what i actually should be using overnight. As you know throughout our very lengthy phone conversations, I was adamant on using my little AirSep Focus for not only day use but throughout the night aswell, even though the Focus is a pulse on demand concentrator. I took the time to Speak to my respiratory nurse at my clinic and they 100% agreed with your advice. I was told and i am currently using continuous flow for sleeping. As a result from the advice I tried the Simply Go by a Philips and loved it. I had a very pleasant holiday, the unit is a brilliant weight to carry, and easy to take on and off my flights. Thank you Again Bob
Having worked with the team at Pure O2, and also receiving delivery of products, I can honestly say they care about their customers, and delivery of products is Swift!
The team at Pure O2 are a pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable on the subject of medical oxygen and very helpful to customers!
