About Me & Hey Mama:
My name is Jess Stewart, I am a Mum to two gorgeous boys Cooper (9) & Greyson (6) and married to my partner of 15 years Dwane. I have a background in Sport Science, Herbal Medicine & Transformative Coaching.

Becoming a Mum was one of the steepest learning curves of my life. I loved my new role as a Mum, but somewhere along the way I got so busy looking after everyone else's needs, wants and schedules that I wasn't looking after myself. I was physically and mentally exhausted, overwhelmed and I felt I had lost myself. A long story short, I learned the hard way the importance of creating time and space for myself - so I could be a better mum, wife, friend and person generally!

This is what inspired me to start Hey Mama! I wanted to use my personal experiences of motherhood and the knowledge I had gained from my studies, to help other Mums look after themselves - Body, Mind & Spirit.

So how can Hey Mama help you?
Wellness Consultations:
Every consultation I do is uniquely tailored to the individual’s needs. As a general guideline, a consultation can take 45-60mins. In this time we will have a chance to get to know each other and gain an understanding of what you have been feeling and experiencing and clarify what it is you want to achieve.

We will then work together to create a plan to help move you forward with your well being goals. This may involve a combination of herbal remedies, essential oils, nutrition and exercise advice/support and life coaching techniques.

Wellness Consultation (60mins) $50.00

Mobile Massage for Mums:
Massage is a wonderful therapy for relaxing the body, calming the mind and soothing the soul. Regular massage is a great way of creating some much needed "YOU" time.

I provide a mobile massage service, so I come to you and set up a relaxing massage space in your own home. Every massage client receives a FREE relaxing foot soak prior to their massage treatment. PLUS you will get to enjoy the wonderful healing benefits of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils during your massage - to help soothe the body, mind and emotions.

Refresh Massage (30mins) $45.00
A relaxing massage treatment that focuses on relieving tightness and tension through the back, neck and shoulders. A great weekly treatment to help you feel revived and refreshed!

Replenish Massage (60mins) $75.00
A relaxing full body massage treatment that includes your feet, legs, back, neck and shoulders finishing with a divine head massage -this treatment will leave you floating on air! The perfect remedy if you are in need of a little extra TLC.


Essential Oils Parties & Group talks:
Hosting an Essential Oils party is a great way to learn more about essential oils, and how to use them in your own home to support everyday health and well being, PLUS it’s a great opportunity try some amazing products for FREE!!
