I'm really not impressed with Property Scouts Whangarei at all. We have a real housing crisis in Dargaville an you go rent a house to some lady who was from whangarei, that's so wrong there are heaps of rentals in whangarei but you give her a house in Dargaville. No wonder no one from Dargaville has a chance to find a rental because you rent to out of towners that's so not fair at all. Grrrrr that's why I give one star an you lucky you got that .
Didi & Sergey from the Propertyscouts Whangarei team are great - they take the hassle out of property management from a landlord's perspective by ensuring rent is always paid on time, repairs and maintenance are dealt with quickly and communication is always a two-way street. They are heads and shoulders above other Property Management companies I've dealt with in the past and highly recommend them to any prospective investor looking for a trustworthy PM.
