Exceptional͏ service from EVES Real Estate Whangarei and the agent Lisa Grey. Lisa was the agent when we purchased our first home, and she was great to deal with. She was open and clear with communication and encouraging as we navigated the purchase process. She was well-informed and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. In an ever-shifting market, she kept us up to date on what to expect. We would definitely work with her again in the future.
Lisa Gray was incredibly honest the whole way through. She gave thorough insight into the current market and guided advice when asked. She was very communicable and understanding. She had a well rounded vibe and attitude to her job and us. Just a genuine human. We sat on the market longer than we anticipated and she kept working hard for us. I must recognise her professionalism and hard work to get things done. Really stressful time in our lives and she genuinely made our lives a lot easier.

Angie͏ Pringle made the magic happen despite difficult conditions - Angie got my house sold in under 3 months despite very difficult selling conditions - Xmas period impeding things, a downturn in the housing market, interest rate rises and "recession" on the horizon. In addition, she dealt extremely professionally with the entire process which was made more difficult with a relationship breakdown and having to deal with two often disagreeing parties. I could not have asked for a better agent.

Dealing with Richard Lyon was great. As we live in Auckland at present everything was done by phone or email and communication was great. We asked Richard some "difficult " questions and he always got back to us. Definitely take time to look at these guys listings.
