Kudos to the Pronto Team in Hobsonville! The new manager has helped me find the electrical fault in my car and enabled to get my high brake lamp working again and rear washer. Highly recommended. You need to pre book though as they are usually busy. Support local business!

I dropped my old daily driver car off for a WOF. I was told it had failed the test on multiple serious issues. They quoted $1150 for WOF repairs. So I took it straight around to the local VTNZ who are very strict, and it flew through the WOF test with no issues....

The person who took care of my car was very patient and kind. He took the time to explain it to me. It was quick.

[edit]: After a less than satisfactory visit, the owner Dave followed up with the phone call to talk through teething issues. After a short discussion, issues were addressed and resolved. He was a great man to deal with and I’m sure he will lead his team on the right path.

Took my car for a warrent failed on multiple issues including serious seatbelt issue. Took straight to another provider and passed right away with the replacement of the bulb which I advised them of prior to booking but they never had in stock.

Had a great experience here, Johan was very helpful and provided fast repairs to replace my water pump and get my car running again. Thanks team!

First visit to these guys to get my car repaired. What can I say...very happy. They are very professional, friendly, fantastic customer service . Highly recommend and I've found my mechanics for the future.
