I can only comment on the service from the bloke who I perceived was the boss/owner. I felt a little berated like a child by him. I'm not sure if I was a white bloke I would have been berated as such. I accept my part and responsibility in it but all in all, it left a lukewarm experience with me with A1.

Could not have been more helpful. The mechanic was polite and knowledgeable Had a look at my aircon on his day off regassed tested. Sadly lack of parts in Alice springs meant we had to drive onto Darwin without aircon Not their fault

Called and asked it they could help me with a fuel filter change on a 200 series, took it in and told I was not bring firm enough with the allen key fixed it straight away without me feeling like a idiot. Great service and would recommend

Unprofessional. Waste of time coming to this place. Charged 4 hours labor for a job that would take less than 2 hours. Mechanics on duty seem to be apprentices and don't really know what they're doing. Overcharged and Ripped off. Wont be recommending or returning
