If I'd read the reviews first, I probably would never have come here. I find the staff polite and friendly - but then, I'm polite and friendly to them too. I have very thin nails and so it's important that they are gentle with me. I tell them every time - I don't assume that they remember me, even though I've been coming here every 3 weeks for over a year. And my nails look fantastic. Every. Time. I should have read the reviews before I went with my friend for some much needed 'mums time out'. They actually just ruined my day with the absolute bad service. The lady that helped me was so rude and made me feel like I am just an annoyance to her. She did not even remove the previous nail polish properly and paintes over it with a lighter colour, when I asked how I can fix it, they talked in another language, but I knew that there was not good things said about me. I am a foreigner myself and I make a point of it to not speak my language in the presence of someone who can't understand, I feel it's rude. The salon is dirty. They quoted my on a price to do my nails and once I went to the counter charged me more. When I questioned this, the lady was rude and just kept to the higher price. I honestly do not know how this place is still in business if I read all these reviews. Wish I never waisted my money and emotions on this place.

Don’t go here! I wish I’d checked reviews before walking in and wasting my time and money. A very rushed pedicure, application of polish was sloppy, quick and I had to call her back as she’d missed several spots and left polish surrounding the nails. No customer service or care shown, apparent grumpy staff and id question the hygiene procedures after seeing skin left on the floor after someone else’s pedicure. Run!Service: Pedicure

Horrible customer service. Little miss attitude who did my nails drew blood and tried to hide it with polish. Polish she was using was running out, but she was going to use every last bit even though it was dry and crusty around the bottle and when pulling out the brush. She held my nail and flicked it a couple times like she was exasperated and was in a hurry and needed to take a dump...Chile!! she lucky she caught me on a good day. At the end, she stood over me to apply cuticle oil... NEVER AGAIN! CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDED. Can I have my $75 back?????Service: Manicure

The time I walked in oh God, I could see unclean towels that has been used again for customers to do their fingure nails. Dust on the walls . The satff start cutting off my figure nails and not even properly. She cleaned it by using the electric manicure and she made one of my figures bleed. Then she put false nails not even on my whole figure nail but on the tip of my natural figure nails. Me and my partner we're looking at each other like what the **** is she doing? Then she continued on. The whole experience here was not good at all. My partner notice and told me where I put my hands in for shading looked disgusting, it was so dusty and not cleaned. And he notice that some of my nails are not even but we paid $75 for a bad experience. I'm annoyed with the colour as well, it is not how I wanted. They looked so cheap and disgusting. It hurts my natural fingure nails so much when I do chores and stuff in the house. I don't recommended to anybody. Please don't go here as I'm not going here anymore.

Went in their to get an acrylic nails with my 7 y.o daughter wanting to experience getting her nails done for the 1st time,the lady was rude and unprofessional.Didn't even bother to wipe my nails after puffing and glued the acrylics on,applied based coat on nail without wiping.I came in with already cute clean filed nails and she hurriedly cut my nails unevenly and didn't dare to file them down to make it look neat.There were tiny pid of fluffs on the brush and she didn't bother taking it off.Clearly see the fluff looking thing through the clear coat on my nails now.I asked for a pink with white tips but only getting acrylic and coat no pink and can clearly see bubbles and whites stuff from puffing that she didn't wiped off in all of the nails I paid $85 for.Nails aren't the same length,no coats on the sides of my nails and the ladies was very rude.I've asked her how long will they last for and she ignored me and kept talking with the other lady who was doing my daughters nails in their language.Poor customer service and staff are very unfriendly.Dust & fluffs everywhere on the desk even in the uv lights under the desk.Was suppose to go back for a pedicure after lunch but I didn't want to waste any more money on a poor service.Should've read the reviews first. I heard this place can be a hit or miss but since I was just getting SNS nails removed, I didn’t mind. They actually did a pretty good job, were gentle with my natural nails and took their time. Not sure if it’s because they weren’t busy but since they took care, I’ll likely be back :Service: Synthetic nail removal

I had my nails done by Chi who was lovely and did my nails as requested and almost exactly as the inspiration photo showed. Maybe the only improvement would be there’s no polish when you look side-on at the nails near the skin but otherwise I’m happy with them. Thanks Chi!Service: Acrylic nails

Im not sure if these people are even qualified nail technicians. Asked for SNS on natural nails. I recieved a poor job all while they speak a different language and laugh amongst themselves. Nails are all different lengths and shapes and lumpy

If I could give a zero I definitely would. While the other staff were polite I just happened to get a rude young girl. I had been in earlier in the morning today to get my toes done by one of the staff who gave awesome service and my money's worth on my feet. When I returned an hour ago to do my fingernails I had the girl who ruined my afternoon take me instead. When I asked for her name she said it was "DAISY". Honestly needs to work on her customer service skills. My request of asking to "please try cut my nails as similar as she can" was met with annoyance. She seemed flustered and bothered throughout the whole ordeal and to top it off she didn't even do a good job. My nails had chucks underneath the nail that I had to forcefully take off myself. The sides of some nails weren't painted. The work was a amateur job.We pay hard earn money to get our money's worth of service. I paid $73 and wish I had walked out earlier but by the time it got to much she was almost done... You took way to long aswell so if anyone should've kicked a fuss it should've been me but I was more then kind to let that slide. This was a birthday gift and honestly you ruined the whole experience of relaxing and being pampered!Service: Manicure
