Had a really good experience dealing with Bailee at the North City store. Really helpful and compassionate to my circumstances and was able to give me the information I needed.

Didn't achieve at solving my problem

Waited for 15 mins outside the shop. Not once was I even acknowledged that I was waiting or that I was next etc.

Yes recently switched to 2 degrees and found there service has been very efficient so if you can't fix the problem with your 2degrees networkyou can call there team who are friendly

We were well looked after by Dylan there. Very impressed with the customer service skills..

Great service in store, from a great company with good customer service overall

2 Degrees staff very helpful in store.. seem to know more than just sales stuff because they have helped me with my phone before when things wouldn't work.. with Vodafone I had to wait 3 days or so for a call back from a technician for that sort of stuff.
