The Lady doing my nails was so sweet and so lovely. we had an awesome conversation and it was all just very welcoming and comfortable. I don't think this place deserves as many negative reviews as it has. Ended up. with super cute nails and left if an even better mood than when I walked in. I came in at 4:30 with them closing at 5pm. My whole service was rushed. The lady made 4 of my fingers bleed. Half way through painting my first hand another member of the store turned the lights off. She left paint around the outside of my finger and told me that I could clean it off when I got home. Wouldn’t recommend.
The lady was sweet however the gel nail paint could have been better. She left the nail paint all over the cuticles despite reminding her twice to clear it off. The edges needed to be tidy and the coat could have been even!
Normally I have okay service with professionail, today was lack luster. The effpos machine failed and they had to make me do a bank transfer. They shaped the nails as I requested and the colour I chose was fab. But the polish didn't even last 24hrs. I got home and washed my hands and noticed the paint peeling as pictured. I will not be returning.
Missed half the nail, didn’t file my nails so they are now catching on everything I touch and they didn’t wait for my nails to dry before putting on the top coat. To remove my last gel polish they scraped my nails instead of soaking it. So much so, that It hurt my nail bed! 10/10 would not recommend.Service: Manicure
The worst experience in my life. I had to remove my old powder nails, she hurted me so much and so many times I had to ask her to stop. She didnt apologize, she just said " I would have to soak them but will take long time" . Like really???!!! Thats what you were supussed to do from the begging!! She was ripping my nails out using the edge of a fake nail to separate my natural ones from the fake one. Man, I would never come back here and I wish someone do something to close this place. I told another woman she is hurting me!!! Can you do something!!?? She just looked and me and looked down and never did anything. Omg. Shocking. And paid so much money for this, and please, look at the photos of the result, I think my 8 year old nephew can do it better.
Don't waste your money!! They soaked my fingers in acetone instead of putting cotton wool and acetone on my nails. My hands are very sore and cracked now. Also, they reuse nail files and buffers which I have never experienced anywhere else. My nails look ok from a distance but the attention to detail, hygiene and customer comfort is completely lacking.Services: Manicure
My experience here was alright. Service is super speedy, which i can understand for the affordable price at only $50 for pedicure with coloured nail colour. No bleeding, despite fast treatment but the lady does it carefully. so pretty happy with that.
