I’ve been so impressed with Proactive Chiropractic Care! I was referred by a friend after suffering with 2 lower disk bulges and have noticed such an improvement - I wish I came earlier! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted warmly by all the lovely staff and they are all so knowledgeable. Matt really knows his stuff and is informative and encouraging. I really appreciate the personable approach to my care and have already referred two of my friends. The initial findings report is so in depth, it really helps to track your improvement. I feel so much better and couldn’t recommend them enough!
I have been visiting Proactive for a few months now and have already noticed significant differences physically and mentally! But I mostly love the way Serena cares about me and my health. She always takes an interest in what I do and what I might need from her and takes time to educated me along the way. The Chiropractor assistants are so lovely too and always do their best to greet me personally and meet my apt needs. Highly recommend visiting!
I have been using proactive chiropractic now for about 2 1/2 months and have adapted some great lifestyle changes in the way I perform my daily tasks. I have become more aware in relation to my posture and ensuring I am “sharing the load” on both sides of my body when doing any heavy lifting at the gym or at work. I would highly recommend proactive chiropractic for anyone wanting to improve there body’s functionality and general wellbeing
Got very thorough explanations of what was going on with my spine. Had some issues building up in my neck making it seize up every now and again, headaches etc. Serena sorted me a care plan, involving adjustments and moving exercises to fix the problems instead of temporarily fixing the symptoms. Everyone there is friendly and genuinely wanting to help you improve to get back to 100%. Would highly recommend.
Highly recommended! Amazing, a different approach to what I've experienced before and well worth it! I'm only 3 weeks in and my neck, shoulder upper back pain and headache's have all receded and my injury is healing really well. Even my colleagues and my partner have noticed the changes in only 3 weeks!
