Since I have started my chiropractor treatment with Dr Tom I am so pleased with the positive changes!! After having lower back and neck pain for many years, I have noticed a massive improvement in my energy, my sleep and I have been able to increase my exercise and fitness levels. The team at Proactive are always friendly and welcoming, I am very grateful and highly recommend them.
I’ve been so impressed with Proactive Chiropractic Care! I was referred by a friend after suffering with 2 lower disk bulges and have noticed such an improvement - I wish I came earlier! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted warmly by all the lovely staff and they are all so knowledgeable. Matt really knows his stuff and is informative and encouraging. I really appreciate the personable approach to my care and have already referred two of my friends. The initial findings report is so in depth, it really helps to track your improvement. I feel so much better and couldn’t recommend them enough!
I would recommend Proactive Chiropractic to anyone who is looking to improve their health. My experience has been brilliant, I had given up being able to move my head to the right more than about 15 degrees, but I can now move it nearer to 80 degrees. Also, I now have more flexibility in my back and legs , and more importantly to me I have feeling again in my right leg . However, the biggest difference has been in my attitude and outlook, I feel more positive, and healthier than I have in 50 years . I can’t thank all the staff enough for the difference they have made to me . I believe everyone would benefit from the great care they give you .
I booked an appointment with Proactive Chiropractor through a free assessment I received from the gym. Initially, I was very skeptical about the appointment. After attending, they recommended a full spinal assessment, which made me even more apprehensive. I had heard many horror stories about chiropractic care and wasn't sure if I wanted to continue the treatment. However, Serena explained the process thoroughly and understood my anxiety about being there. Her caring nature and passion to help me settled my nerves a lot.nnFast forward 12 weeks of care, and the experience has been life-changing. Many of my other issues have been resolved: my headaches have almost completely disappeared, my hips have much more movement, and my overall sleep quality has improved, just to name a few. I can't recommend this enough. GPs should collaborate with proactive care providers and promote the benefits of these small adjustments for overall health. The team is amazing and very caring during appointments.nnAs someone who was initially very skeptical, I can now see the benefits of this type of care and highly recommend it to anyone.nnMandy
Chiropractic care was never my first option, but it should have been. I've been working with Dr Matt at Proactive for 4 months now and the results have been beyond believable. I had been suffering with intermittent back pain for 3-4 years and was at the point of struggling to get in and out of my vehicle. Being in my mid 20's this was highly concerning. The team at Proactive Chiropractic explained their care plans to me in full detail, explained the underlying issues that were causing the symptoms to appear, and have been encouraging me and supporting me to reach optimal health, as opposed to just addressing the symptoms. They also take measurements pre, mid, and post initial care which really display the change over time. If you're after a family friendly and supportive clinic where staff greet you by name and always go above and beyond to support you, then I would encourage you to take the first step and begin your healing journey as I have.
