Nice reception staff. Didn't have to wait long. Ultrasound/xray nurses were professional and efficient.

Update. Most recent experience great for actual xray but they have changed their policy for results access which does not comply with the Privacy Act, refused to give me results and refused to send copy to GP. Official complaint made.nnFast, efficient service and results. Thank you, makes a big difference. A valuable asset to the community. Also, booking on line is an improvement.

The staff were great from the time you walk into reception until you leave . I was kept well informed from start to finish with the procedure. To have this facility in Rolleston, a true asset. Thank you, you are an awesome team.

Just WOW. I had issues with an MRI many years ago. The new equipment and staff at Rolleston are fantastic. Little mirrors let you look at the scenery you pick, and the same goes for the music. It made an hour-long process very bearable. Highly recommend.

I've been 3 times already this year for x-rays & an MRI. The staff have been great, from the time you walk through the door at the reception, through to getting the x-rays/scans. My recent MRI the ladies were great, keeping me well informed from start to finish. 5 stars from me to the Rolleston branch. Thanks
