Applications close 14th November, Please note you will be required to make full payment of your site within 2 weeks of your Confirmation. If Payment is not received by then we may cancel your booking, unless prior payment arrangements are made.
No refunds will be provided after the 18th of November final payment deadline.
Please be sure you are willing and able to attend before applying. If you wish to withdraw from the market day you are required to do so via email asap.
We reserve the right to change, cancel or amend bookings if required. Our preferred method of payment is deposit into bank account.
Products sold at the Pretty Crafty Christmas Market must be handmade by the applicant, Maximum of 2 stall holders per site.
All applications are subject to approval, all stalls must meet the appearance guidelines ( to be supplied).
All approved stall holders are expected to attend market regardless of weather. Late arrivals may be turned away. Stall holders are expected to supply their own float for market day, if you wish to increase your sales you can also hire a eftpos machine for the day!!!
We expect you to provide what you offer in your application, failure to do so will exclude you from future markets.
Successful Applicants attend market at their own risk. The Pretty Crafty Christmas Market is not responsible for loss or damaged stock.
Stall holders are responsible for ensuring their stall set up meets common - sense safety requirements to protect their product and all market goers.
Market Packs with all info you will need for the day will be sent out by the first week of November,
