Open Monday to Friday from 8am - 4pm and Saturdays from 9am - 4 pm. Menu changes daily and includes; meals, sandwiches and wraps and freshly baked treats.

Story

All Precinct Food is made freshly on the premises, with the menu changing daily. We always have freshly-made items including house-made breads with a range of tasty fillings all cooked and prepared in the purpose built kitchen. Precinct offers seasonal salads, soups, hot dishes and sweet tastes to tempt everyone and works hard to ensure all food and ideas reflect current dining trends, tastes and textures. We serve Atomic coffee and are licensed with a well curated wine and beer list.

Great place for coffee and gathering! Their cinnamon roll is very nice, sofa and aromatic. We ordered a egg on toast, the little spicy scrambled makes the dish very unique. High recommend their coffee which is balanced and nice texture. Definitely will visit again.
Another visit at this awesome destination and another glorious dining experience. The food, the ambience and the service all outstanding making it an ideal experience. Their slogan “ taste experience “ is appropriate to what you get to experience here. Thanks and well done team. We took our fancy visitors from Auckland to this beautiful place to prove a point that Dunners have some stunning eateries. This place is consistent with their service, food and coffees. Love how each dish is created with complimenting flavours and textures. We all loved what we tasted and our visitors couldn't be happier.
Delicious menu and great coffee , we had the beef cheek Benedict and the pork belly and a chicken flatbread from the cabinet. Will be returning soon to try some more of the menu
Loved everything about this cafe they just opened 9 months ago!. Great selection of lattes / beverages and delicious / beautiful food. The pulled pork Benedict’s was really unique and I loved my healthy green tea noodle broth dish! Will come back for the salads & pastries. Love the ceramics and industrial ambiance here too. Highly recommend!
Unique desserts and lovely chocolate drinks. Spacious place and good vibe.
First time here, got a caramel popcorn for side when order long black, which i find very interesting. Coffee is descent if you are into coffee unless you really like dark roast coffee We ordered panacotta and chilli cheese egg. If you love a lil bit of spicy food, i totally recommend the chili cheese egg. They scrambled your egg with a bit of gochujang korean red spicy paste and it mixed soooo welll!!
Thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere here. Gutted that it's not open weekends so I can come more often. Fresh food done well with an ever changing menu. Love the concept of this place!
We had a beautiful late lunch yesterday. Such a great place. Wonderfully warm and friendly staff, all with a smile. Informative, ready to actually serve and offer options if needed. They know their food and drinks. Toilets very clean. Options to hold conference lunches in the area to the side. Catering is available and I would recommend their food to anyone. Food choices and allergies are catered for ie, gf, vego, Df ect. I will be back.
Well the waiting staff were very pleasant. The food looked great and plenty of it but we weren't told to look out for bones in the salmon, 7 of these between 2 plates, then I thought I had dislodged a filling but it turned out to be a small stone, most unexpected.On reporting this and showing at the counter there wasn't really any great sense of getting an apology for this and a free coffee really didnt go far enough. It was 1 free coffee taken off Not coffees I paid for the other
Amazing food and friendly staff. The deconstructed iced vanilla latte was incredible!
