Truly the best clinic I have been enrolled in since i've been NZ. Dr Vikas is our GP and words cant describe how good he is at what he does and that is the reason he is a very busy man and getting an appointment could take up to two weeks. However, i have always had a prompt reply from admin specially Anshul. It feels like this guy is sitting there waiting for emails to come through and he starts ringing straight away. Not sure what people are complaining about wait time at the clinic. This is one profession that is always busy and in demand and i understand its human nature that they would like to be the priority before everyone else but sadly life doesn't work that way. Anyway i am just sharing my experience dealing with this clinic and i would like to thank Dr Vikas and his team for doing an awesome job. Highly recommend this clinic.
Hi Dr Vikas, I and my friend enrolled with you coz one of our friend told us that you are the best dr in our area and community. Personally I had a good experience with Dr Vikas. But at that time, my appointment was on 4:30 pm but dr Vikas was busy with client. I can understand your job is more busier than other job but see everyone is working on their own work. I had to wait for 1 hour when I told receptionist, she said Dr is busy. I informed her that I have a job at 5:30 pm but she bluff. First thing, very long queue on a phone, have to wait for 1 and half hours, no one answering phone call and email. When someone pick up the call, they give us bluff answer which is not acceptable. If we can understand that you don’t have a time to see your patient, how someone has a time to wait for you? Same thing happened again today, it was about medical form which has to be filled by our GPdr vikas. Was waiting for form, but when I booked appointment nobody told us that we have to wait for 15 days for one signature. Coz form was filled by your nurse and you charged full amount. So why I have to wait ? If somebody guide us properly then I don’t waste my time. After so many phone calls and emails, was frustrating. I walked in by myself just to get the form.
If every doctor strives to be as caring and generous as you, the world would be filled with smiles and laughter instead of pain and sorrow. I have recently gone through a very rough tide in terms of my health and it wasn’t the medicines, but your reassuring words which gave me the strength to pull through this phase. Other than our parents, there is no other person who has had a greater impact on our lives at a time when we most desperately needed it, you restored our faith….Thank you Vikas bro for your diagnosis of my illness, confidence and compassion in these recent times. Words alone will never capture our sincerest gratitude. Thank you Team Prana ! Onwards and upwards always.
Highly UNORGANISED place. -Never got an answer on the phone call even after waiting for half an hour or more. -If you ask for a specific doctor’s DR VIKAS appointment, Doctor will always be on leave. -Always have to wait for 30 min to 4o min for check up after having an appointment. -If you ask a question to reception, they always give random answers and upon asking counter questions they go inside and request someone to answer on their behalf. -Last week I went for the blood test and upon reaching the labtest found that they don't have the prescription from the Prana health nether I receive in my email, AGAIN CALLED the number waited for 15 min NO ANSWER AND LINE BUSY. Sent an email requesting an update and got a reply that the prescription was sent to an incorrect email address. -Today I had an appointment for my little one at 1145AM and I reached by 1210PM due to heavy traffic. The receptionist said in a blunt way that it's 1215PM AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1145PM, you are late and we can't entertain you now WHAT IS MY FAULT HERE ?. If you wish to see a doctor, wait for the next appointment which will be at 430PM. When I ask the receptionist what is the value of our time where we need to wait for at least 30 min to see the doctor, The answer is it depends on the doctor. IF YOU REALLY CARE FOR YOUR PATIENTS THEN I EXPECT REPLY OR CALL FROM DR VIKAS OR MRS PURVI. Thanks Tejas G
This is not a health practice that you can visit and doctor sees you. They only do phone consultations and only give appointments for nurse after your insistence. This practice is only run on Dr. Vikas Sethi’s name and patients do sign up because of that, only to learn that they’ll never actually see him. I think that Vikas has stopped working now and other doctors running the business with phone consultations. My wife and her kids are enrolled with this facility and now we’re thinking to move to another facility.
Dr Vikash is an outstanding doctor who is very professional and empathetic. He truly makes the patient feel heard and understood which is one of the many qualities that really spoke to me. Dr Vikas’s involvement in other projects and aspects of healthcare adds to his wealth of knowledge and skills, which is evident by the high standard of healthcare he provides. The efficiency of the Prana team is also very commendable. I would very happily and highly recommend Dr Vikas and Prana Family Health. my whole family and friends even in the emergency whenever we message gets instant response my kids says Dr Vikash is not only doctor but he as equal to God any problem he solve quickly magic touch God bless him. Thank you for the most wonderful treatment. I well and truly admire the person that you are and the doctor in you is honorable. The brilliant treatment deserve immense thanks and appreciation. Truly impressed. Professionalism right across the board from admin to the doctors. Took a family member so had time to be an "independent observer ". Surely , a lot of effort must have been made ,behind the scenes to establish a consistent culture of empathy and efficiency . Commendable output particularly during these time when compromised services are becoming a norm.
Truly an invaluable experience as a medical student. Dr. Vikas and family, the other doctors, the receptionists, the nurses and all other members of the team were so warm and friendly. The practice itself has tremendous values and the patients were always willing to speak to the students, which all contributed to a more educative experience.
