We can build your tiny house in sections, so you can expand your living area, lounge kitchen linked by passage way to bedroom bathroom, all sections on wheel. The sections bolt together through chassis and flashings fitted once in place to water proof, power to each section plugs in through 15a caravan plugs.

A typical example would be a C shape allowing for a deck between.

Sizes from 6m X 2.4m up to 8m X 2.4M, trailers are built strong to take a house not a caravan, these are designed and built to make sure your tiny house will not bend and break when on the road. They are built from 200UB18 I beam’s and 65x65mm heavy gauge box section, Like a truck chassis , painted in chassis black .

We can weld lifting points built in so can be easily transported to site by truck if is going to be on site and not moved around, we recommend no suspension or brakes for this cheaper option, or if road legal version easily towed.

Conventional trailer style (wheels towards the centre of trailer) or tandem real axels and single front turntable axel for easy towing (7.2 and 8m trailers)

Keep in mind that tiny houses are typically constructed the same as a house, towing vehicles must be up to the job, so keep that in mind when selecting the size of your tiny house

We can build and supply just bare trailer (no suspension and not registered for road) or fully road legal suspension and brakes etc.

Trailer with 40mm insulated floor, drilled and tapped to accept bolts to secure frame.

Trailer as above with grey water tank fitted ready to accept plumbing.

Trailer and framing flat packed for self-assembly (no wall coverings etc)

Shell with windows / external cladding and roof (no internal cladding, plumbing or wiring)

Complete tiny house, fully insulated double glazed, including bathroom with shower/ toilet (composting) /basin, instantaneous gas boiler, kitchen with gas oven /hob, sink ready to plug into 15a caravan outlet or generator. (Turnkey)

Solar system can be supplied and fitted at extra cost
