I took my almost brand new weed eater I bought from them recently. It was making a knocking sound. When I called, they said since I’d bought it there and it was so new, they’d check it for free. I didn’t bother to put more string in it. They called and left me a message that they could find nothing wrong. They message asked if I wanted them to put string in it. I didn’t get the message until just before they closed, so I popped over to grab it for the weekend. Great! Right? Well, since I didn’t put string in it, they did it for me…without me telling them to- for $1.75 plus a service fee… for putting sting in the weed eater. $23. The service is awesome. They know their stuff and they can repair just about anything, or they will honestly tell you it’s not worth it. I do believe them to be an honest business and I’ve used their service and buy my equipment from them, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I know better now, but I just paid $23 for 6 feet of weed trimmer line… when the check was supposed to be free.

I am so glad that Popp's was recommended to me as a great place to have a lawnmower serviced. The customer service and repairs were well beyond my expectations. Paul is fantastic to work with, and Uri did such a good job on repairs that I barley recognized my mower. It seems like it works better than when I first bought it! The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is beyond my expectations. Thanks Popp's!

I believe in supporting locally owned small businesses but this company charged twice the price for Stihl oil than multiple other Stihl dealer. Will likely never shop here again.

Little small appliance parts place for all your needs, this is the first time I stopped here needed a belt for my dryer brought in the broken belt they asked for model number so make sure you have that if you need it I did not. The gentleman at the counter looked at it and said it's probably this one. The advised me to probably need to get the model number I live an hour away so I said I rather buy it and return it if not heal that'll be fine when I got back and check the model number I called and they said that is the correct one so everything went very well very friendly great service a lot of parts. So if you need something stop in.

Excellent service. They helped diagnose the problem with my mower over the phone. I brought it in to them and they were done with the repairs in 3 business days during the start of mowing season, so I know they were busy. Prices good and would do business with them again for sure.

Friendly folks and always get me what I need or point me in the right direction if it’s something they don’t carry. Very helpful, they arnt just about sales but overall customer satisfaction. Owner Brian is very reasonable and back in the shop Rodney is a great mechanic. Good guys

Good customer care. I am a fix it myself if I can kinda of guy, so having a place I can go to for parts or worst case somewhere I can go when I get in over my head is a great. The store is clean and well maintained. They have a good selection of new equipment as well.

Dropped off my weed eater for a fuel bulb and quick service. They actually called me back before I left town the same day. Took it home and got to work. A+

A couple of days ago I bought a new Stihl Weed Trimmer at Popp's. I used it for half an hour before realizing it wasn't powerful enough for my needs and could not accommodate a blade as well as the plastic string. I called Popp's and explained my problem and they told me about Stihl's seven day "satisfaction guarantee." They took the trimmer back I could not get it 100% clean and set me up with a trimmer better suited to my needs. I've been buying power tools from Popp's for 25 years. People tell me there are places with better prices but I don't want to give up the excellent support I get from Popp's.
