Lovely place and super nice concept. Ice cream was tasty Feijoa but cold plate didn’t have any taste. Half a kinder bueno bar and a small spoon of frozen strawberries are not enough to flavour a big cup. Threw half of it away. Still worth visiting for ice cream and other products that looked delicious! It gets busy so I didn’t get to give my feedback directly.
Delicious novelty treat.nA must do every time we visit Tauranga its become a wee ritual.nGreat variety of desserts to choose from.nWe ordered the cold plate and loved being able to choose our own flavors and watch it being made from scratch.nA little pricey but worth it for a treat now and then.
The ice cream is so delicious!! And the staff are so kind and helpful. Such a wide selection of desserts to choose from, and the space is super cosy and beautifully designed! Big highlight was the Polaroid dog wall - will be back in a heart beat!!!!!
Unsure about the product, but was served after 5 people behind us in the que were served first. Pretty bad from IMO. Based on that we won't be visiting again.nnReply to below response:nnThanks for your response, had we been informed it was a 10 min wait we would not have placed the order. Serving several customers coming in behind us after taking our money feels Injust. We decided not to come back based on that service model. Just a tip let people know it's going to take longer for your primary product before you take their money.nCheersnJames
Best place ever to enjoy real Ice cream. Very good location and facilities.nnToday, 5 months later, me and my husband were very disappointed because our waffle wasn’t well cooked. So there’s no way I could eat everything nIt would be great if the new employees were well trained, thanks.
